A person having a record does not excuse killing them. Neither does being poor, sick, or homeless.

A growing number of people are beginning to disagree. And it's going to keep growing until either our justice system starts protecting the people again, or a real rain comes and washes all the scum off the streets. Your choice.

This isn’t a reformed criminal who was trying to get back on his feet, he was a constant threat for years and was only going to accelerate from the multiple arrests he had recently.

If that person is threatening you and/or acting unstable and like he's going to snap any moment...yeah, it does. Don't want these poor innocent violent maniacs to die like dogs in the street as a consequence of acting like violent maniacs? Keep 'em in the cells where they belong.

All this coming from the cunt claiming how scared and traumatized she was when a bunch of people were let into a building she wasn't even inside at the time.

And if we share his fate it would likely be at the hands of one of AOCs leftard sturmtruppen

If every single adult person who screams on a crowded subway car was executed immediately the world would be a better place.

This. Unironically.

I don't even care if he had over 40 annotations on his police record. I don't care that he had previously tried to push people onto the tracks.

He was screaming and threatening people inside a subway car, the only acceptable outcome in a sane society would be the use of force to eliminate the threat.

This poor marine. He has almost zero chance of getting a fair trial in NYC after AOC riles up the angry blacks.

If he chooses to try to escape to a friendly place outside of NY, it could be made into a great movie in a few years.

I wish there was a punishment for spouting off before you even know the full story. Also punish the media for always pushing this narrative and glorifying the criminals

There used to be before judges decided from the bench that you needed to prove malicious intent, despite the intent being clear in every article of how they frame the events.

I see no difference between Neely and scum like AOC.
