Ray Epps appears to have ties to the FBI or some form of branch of intelligence within the US. Too many government entities shield him vehemently when they could just as easily prosecute him alongside the rest of the defendents. Especially when his guilt is literally public knowledge and ironclad.
No he was just caught on camera twice, once saying we have to go into the capitol the night before, and once right before the guy he whispered to rushed the barricades and assaulted officers. To which he claims he said “don’t do it”…
Ray Epps is literally on video on Jan 6th shouting for people to attack the capitol building. The people around him immediately laugh and start chanting: "FED! FED! FED! FED!"
He glows in the fucking dark. He glows so hard he couldn't blend in in a fucking crowd. We knew he was a fed before the capitol was even entered! He was a fed then, he's fed now!
This guy, the one guy caught dead to rights on camera multiple times attempting to lead/instigate what could conceivably argued to be an "insurrection", is somehow also the only guy that they have no interest in throwing in jail. And also the only individual that the media have no interest in demonizing. And also the only individual that Democrats stand up for.
It's like their propaganda is designed to be as blatant as possible so that they can root out anyone who isn't a true believer.
They're deathly afraid he'll feel pressured and he'll spill the story about how he's a DOJ/FBI minion. I imagine if they start getting really worried poor Ray is going to have to be mysteriously suicided like Epstein.
If they just wanted to hide his agent provocateur status, they would just shut up about him. The publicity and strangely specific denials is leading towards something bigger.
The kidnapping plot where I think 3/4 of the conspirators were feds, this guy, I think they're cueing up for the "Government entrapment and infiltration of private groups are a good thing, honest people should welcome feds sitting in literally everywhere."
Also, the "government is everywhere" demeanor can serve as a deterrent between any kind of organization or resistance. People are afraid they might speak their anti-globohomo rhetoric with a cop? They'll just shut up. Already organized? Your "friend" might be FBI. Oh, they're cool? Well, do you really know?

It's not like they couldn't say he copped a plea deal to rat on his buddies and give him a suspended sentence or something.
At least make it look like he wasn't your guy a little bit.
They seem to have forgotten the "plausible" part of "plausible deniability"
I'm not sure if it is forgotten.
The alternative is that your lords and masters have decided to grind your faces in the fact that the US now enjoys a two-tier legal system.
I assumed Ray Epps was an informant or something. Him talking about going inside the Capitol the night before is beyond fishy
It's funny how he wasn't arrested and jailed like the rest of them.
Sure activates the almonds.
Exactly and how the “commission” didn’t seem the least bit curious about him
“He didn’t go in!”

FED! FED! FED!
because he's one of theirs

Because he got outed as a fed.

Fear is pretty effective.
If poor little Ray Epps just wants to be left alone he should have thought of that before being a fucking glowie fed faggot.
Ray Epps on 60 minutes
One of these things is not like the others. One of these things does not belong.
