The bad hands part is slowly but surely going away. If you actually redraw them and regenerate them(in something like Krita) you can achieve good hands also. Controlnet has basically made this a lot easier also.
You don't even need to on a good model.
On a regular enough pose for hands and feet, just inpaint it, 50 iterations, 5 will be good enough. Pick the best.
Repaint, now not including that area...
You can just brute force it now. Even achieving specific ratios, get that ring finger a bit longer to show how much T their body has had flowing through it.

At this point, anyone who gets ripped off by buying an NFT is asking for it. Frankly, Trump should just sell holographic prints.
The big minus for them from not sending physical goods is that they can't later dispatch an avalanche of junk mail.

This is interesting. It appears to be his actual account, but these NFT's are not actually linked to him at all, he's just letting his likeness be used for them. Anyways, is it reasonable to assert that Trump is "peddling" these NFT's? Sure. Is he "returning" to instagram? That's the part that's off. It doesn't look like he's gone anywhere.
Is this disinformation? No, probably not, mostly opinion, if only a mildly off base one.
He was banned from IG (and Facebook) then unbanned, but hadn't posted.
