Yup. It's amazing how the body positivity movement doesn't apply to transgenderism. The entire concept of "gender is an arbitrary social construct" erases the entire point of "transitioning gender" in the first place. If you acknowledge yourself as non-binary; that's the end of the discussion. No further action is needed. The only reason it would be is because you hate yourself and have so much emotional damage that you want to cut your breasts off and shave your head so no one can recognize who or what you are. You're killing yourself without fully going through with it. This is institutionalized cutting.
But according to the Body Positivity movement: liposuction is fat-phobic and unhealthy, but making a fake penis out of your forearm is progressive, brave, and heroic. Diets are terrorism and oppression, but hysterectomies are noble.

I know your example was from the UK, but they like the US prohibit freedom of association. Freedom of association is so fundamental to a society that it was never properly spelled out in the US Constitution. Then 60 years ago the Civil Rights Act of 1964 stripped Americans of this right officially. You have no choice to freely interact with others in any sense that matters.
