Damn straight. This problem is what is motivating the mass movement of people out of Blue cities (which is to say most if not all cities over a certain number of residents).
Even members of the Most Protected Class--at least those who are making "exclusively black spaces"--are recognizing that segregation was good for social harmony.

It just occurs to me that the degradation of black culture and community life began with the Civil Rights Act.
