That's money, and therefore goods and services, that are pulled to DC from the people of the States. A state needs to be ready to tell the IRS to fuck off if it wants to go this route.

That said, IMO we should 100% allow trannies to participate in women's sports and destroy them. In fact we should abolish all sex segregation in sports. Women's delusions have been pandered to for too long.
