A man has been found guilty of murdering a 71-year-old who mistook his home for a B&B and got into his bed.
Margaret Barnes, from Birmingham, died following the attack last July while she was visiting Barmouth, Gwynedd.
David Redfern, 46, found Mrs Barnes asleep in his bedroom and dragged her downstairs by her feet before kicking and stamping her to death.
I wonder how you can mistake someone's home for a B&B (did she get the address wrong)? But this is obviously correct. OP is just really mad that he can't beat women to death.
Redfern told the jury when he and his fiancée came into the room, they found Mrs Barnes sitting up in their bed drinking gin and tonic with her false teeth on the bedside table.
Obviously, a 71-year-old woman is not a threat. Even if she got hurt unintentionally, you could sort of understand it. But kicking and stamping her to death is a bit much.
I don't think that you would be justifying a killing if your own mother got confused and walked into the wrong home, and then someone beat her to death for no reason at all.

To be fair it's the UK, EVERYONE doesn't have the right to self defence and protection of their property in that fucking country!
Remember that incident where some gypsy burglers tried to rob an old man in his house (I think his wife was disabled too so couldn't flee), got into a fight with one of them and stabbed one of the robbers with a screwdriver where he later died.
The police arrested the old man first till the public outcry made them drop it. They did nothing to stop the pos' family harassing the area to 'pay their respects'. It's equal because a society that enshrines self defence is harder to control through the threat of force.
Unfortunately, the UK in that respect is no different from any other shithole in Europe. Here, you are lucky if they permit you to defend your life. Property is out of the question. And you guys have been moving in the same direction with the Kyle Rittenhouse and that Missouri couple nonsense .
The only one I think is except is Switzerland in that respect as by per capita, aren't most of their citizens packing MORE heat than Americans yet not school shootings?
