DAs have way too much latitude in deciding whether or not to prosecute cases. Leftists prosecutors are literally ignoring hardened criminals (because they’re black) while maximally targeting political and cultural enemies with insane charges and punishments.
If we don’t install a mechanism to restrict and punish this egregious weaponization of the courts, things are going to get very bad. Absent public trust in the justice system, you will see the public deploy all kinds of new “solutions” for law and order.
To me, it seems likely that the DA would have brought charges against her if her victim had been black as well. The only reason he didn't care was because he's an anti-white activist.

The man took relaxing to a whole new level and this is what happens. He should have known better.
If a white woman murdered her black husband, she'd be treated differently than a white woman who murdered her white husband.
It isn't all about race, but to pretend that race isn't a factor is absurd.
Pardoning someone who was convicted years ago isn't the same as a fresh murder case in current year.
If a white woman murders her black husband tomorrow, she will get no special treatment.
