Anytime you go against the grain with respect to women and think for yourself as a man, you will be labeled some form of misogynist. It does not matter if you are correct or if you are just biased from personal experience. Any man who dares to think for himself and not work on the plantation is viewed as a threat by women, and they will do whatever it takes to destroy him.
Look at what has happened to that Tate guy. I had never even heard about him until the regressives started their hate campaign to destroy him. Matthew Lillard owned the role in the live action movie so strongly he just became the defacto Shaggy in nearly all future productions from that day onward. Not all live action versions, all forms. His resume is just Shaggy with little breaks in between since that day.
So even if they weren't just idiotic shills, they are trying to make one of the few claims that is so easily disprovable its hilarious.
