I am increasingly of the opinion that evil should be confronted with violence. It respects nothing except the raw application of power in opposition to it.
That's the logic they have been using for the past couple years to justify the violence against us. not to get all preacher on everything, but that mentality just leads to more destruction. of course defend yourself, and take precautions to protect yourself against these people when they inevitably start rioting again or utilize the feds to Ruby ridge your ass. but if you go out seeking people to hurt, not only will there be collateral damage, but it will make everything worse in the long run.
And how many more will be forced to suffer, unable to defend themselves, because you'd rather be a reactionary waiting for the exact perfect moment to act? How many children raped, mutilated, brainwashed and ruined bad enough for generations later to feel it does it take before its okay to actively remove them before they hurt someone?
This is the logic that our side has had that has kept it sitting there taking the violence for decades, letting things get this bad, and still purity spiraling about "well we wouldn't want to do anything too bad, that might make us like them."
You can't decide its a knife fight when the opponent is already shooting, you just end up dead and your "in this perfect scenario I constructed in my head, this leads to victory" idea worthless.
This is what Americans have to look forward to by not listening to those who tried to warn. They rather, shamed those who tried to warn them as racist and conspiracy theorists. 10's of millions suffered in these ways only 100 years ago and very few have any clue of their recent persecution history (See last 30 minutes of the MartyrMade podcast for more details of the Romanian Christian persecution)

Many of us will face torture, and only faith in Jesus Christ will get us through it, it's why I read stories like "The Saint of the Prisons" (stories from inside that Romanian gulag). To know what re-education looks like, and how there's literal Satanism behind Communism, this is clear by the methods of torture along with their goal of destroying the human soul itself.
They often held a picture of Jesus while doing the torture, saying "He's the one doing it to you, renounce Him!" as they fed them excrement and urine, then forced them to have sex with animals dressed up like Jesus/Mary/Joseph.
It's horrifying to realize we live in a world like this.

I refer you to the entirety of human history wherein the people who are in charge are those who are the best at wielding violence, whether directly or by proxy.
I don't think it will work. Whenever Proud Boys showed up in Portland, the lefty locals would cheer on violence and say any violence against them deserved more violence. It isn't a winning strategy.
The best method has been to show up in force and armed. The protest becomes very weak after that. Out intimidate them, and they will back down.
