Real advice would be to seek professional help. The fact you believe you are a woman is a major problem. We all have issues. Embracing delusional behavior is not the solution

Alternatively, try to find one man who conforms to the most ancient and traditional 'gender stereotypes', lives up to his promises and doesn't stab people in the back (note for tranny: you're not allowed to try and fuck him; also if you have a chance of that, you didn't follow the instructions). Make friends with him and see what happens.

I once lost a (IRL) friend because he posted a video (on facebook) of some tranny talking about how straight men were bigoted for not sleeping with it just because it had a penis. After all, it identified as a woman so shouldn't that be enough? I assumed that was satire (it wasn't) and reacted accordingly. The guy got super offended (I didn't know he was so liberal) and we never talked again.
Did he fuck the tranny? Because it's easy to scoff at others not doing something. Doing it yourself to prove your conviction? Not so easy.

I get it. This idiot is so ugly that people recoil at his sight and so people can only identify his gender by voice since none can look apon it's visage without a physical reaction of repulsion.
As for the voice thing, he could just stop speaking. I heard that solves the problem for over 41% of people in similar situations
