Greetings Muth'sera. It is a common mistake among Outlanders to assume high elves are the superior race of mer. However, that position is reserved for Dunmer and has been for generation upon generation. As far back as when our ancestors followed Veloth and first settled in Morrowind in fact! That is quite a long time! Far longer than any mere man can even hope to live!
Please be mindful that the only thing "high" about high elves is their own self-worth.
