Nine in ten CEOs in the U.S. (91%) believe a recession will arrive in the coming 12 months, while 86% of CEOs globally feel the same way, according to the findings from the international audit, tax and advisory firm. That echoes the foreboding predictions coming from big name Wall Street investors like Stanley Druckenmiller. In America, half of the CEOs (51%) say they’re considering workforce reductions during the next six months — and in the global survey overall, eight in ten CEOs say the same.

We’re already in a recession, they just know that it’s going to get much, much worse.

Well of course, because most middle and upper managers are retarded, at least when it comes to managing people. If I were in charge and had to get rid of people, I’d cut the least productive people first as opposed to who’s working remotely.

I think that a big part of the problem is that many of these large companies (cough big tech cough) have vastly bloated workforces and could actually do the work with a fraction of the employees that they’ve got.

The least productive people are HR and middle management, but they’re not gonna fire themselves.

PLEASE, GOD, YES!

I implore any entity out there: Shit can these privileged, entitled motherfuckers! These are the whiniest fucking things since the god damn baby boomers and I want them to suffer. I've worked 4 fucking years with poverty wages, no car, no vacation, no healthcare, and I can only pay my bills! Yet, these assholes often get every fucking thing handed to them and government benefits on top of it.

Make them suffer.

I blame the motherfuckers who said "everything everywhere is disease all the time (unless it's a blm protest of course, trust the science) so you have to work from home or lose your job because we said so because reasons"

Clearly I didn't miss traffic as much as you

Miss traffic? I never stopped working. Not all of us can be so privileged to have office jobs.

Didn't feminists bitch lately that men are harming women by returning to the office while women prefer working remotely? If that's true (big IF considering it's feminists who complained) that would mean women will get purged.

Either way, I wouldn't be surprised if this is just a way to get people back into the office by threatening their jobs.

Tbh, women losing their jobs at a high rate wouldn't be a major loss. I'd say 7 out of 10 women contribute less than the average guy would in the same job. It'd also cut back on hr departments staffed by danger hairs, and useless drama.

The other 3 I'd feel bad for because I know some that are really good at their jobs. I just know a lot that aren't, and add work for the rest of us.

Those morons help the useless workers circle the wagons with cries of sexism anytime a more delicate approach is used. Maybe losing their job will help them reassess if 'the sisterhood' is really benefitting them.

If the Democrats don't push for a report on the gender of who's being fired, this is a purge of males...again.

Lol, what makes you think they'd cover it up? They'd celebrate it and shout it from the rooftops just like they did last time, or have you forgotten about the Mancession and the Shecovery?
