I just noticed something. Most of the time in my main rig I use a vpn due to not having the best stability and some games just cause issues. On my phone I tried opening RT, didn't work, dns error. Apparently my Internet provider is blocking it with a dns entry so we don't see the "eeeeebil propaganda".
Not that hard to guess, truth. I tried a couple more. Yandex strangely works but Sputnik's also gonezo. With VPN, even if it's set to Europe it just works though, still pretty retarded.

I'm not going to ask where you are, but in Europe, some entire countries have blocked the RT website.

You can always change your default DNS server. OpenDNS (despite being owned by Cisco) doesn't seem to filter anything.
