I love how they make a statement of fact that working men typically overestimate the amount of housework they do when self reporting. With their "proof" being their wives typically self-report a lower estimate for their husband's work, like it's automatic that the wife is right and there is no such thing as am oblivious, ungrateful woman.
Funnily enough the reversal is probably true. Studies have shown that women tend to count things done and not work put in.
So when the husband spends all afternoon tending the garden thats one thing. But when the woman cooks (microwaved shit) and does the dishes that's two things. So she did more housework than he did.

The truth is most jobs held by women are make-work positions, you could fire all of them and not only would nothing bad happen, productivity would probably go up.
See they frame that as "women who can work from home are also expected to take care of all home responsibilities since they are there all the time"
I'm viewing it as they no longer have a HR they can immediately run to and can't easily offload work onto a colleague, they need to show their work now that they are doing it remotely
Hilarious that I also just saw an article about a woman being megachapped about her work from home husband who wasn't cleaning the house and doing chores while on the clock.
Sounds like a classic case of women and double standards.
If you're at work, you keep your workplace clean and tidy.
If you're at home, you keep your home clean and tidy.
If anything, combining these things should LESSEN your workload, not increase it.
