The article holds out until the fourth paragraph before specifying that Rogan was talking about boys fucking older women. Because the author knows that people don't really care about boys being raped by women. The public only cares about girls being raped by men, so the article plays it totally ambiguous for as long as possible in order to let the reader assume the worst.
It's a well-known phenomenon that readership drops off dramatically the further down an article you get. Propagandists know this, and they often intentionally use it to tell half-truths to thousands or even millions of people with no repercussions.

Log in to Spotify web player, get it started, and then mute the tab using the icon on the tab - apparently only extensions can tell if the tab is muted this way. Don't mute it with the Spotify controls or set volume to zero since they may ignore muted plays. Every once in a while move mouse over the window in case they look for engagement.

I just don't get and can never buy into this pedo culture. That means the women too. I've spent tons of time with older kids and teens from friends and their kids, cousins, etc. They can be an absolute ton of fun to do things with if you're not afraid to let your inner 12 year old out a bit. The thought of sexual things with any of these kids makes me want to puke. It's just gross. Just as much for the old women and the 14 year old boys. There's just something gravely wrong with these people.

The US has a hard time differentiating feeling from action. This is why some people must justify the action in order to acknowledge the feeling.
Action is external and feeling is internal, but if you say that a random stacked young girl is attractive, people act like you just announced you are going to rape someone.
Now combine this with the fact that society is slanted toward women, and basically, Rogan has to claim that it's okay for an adult woman to actually have sex with an underage boy in order to merely acknowledge that older men can feel lust toward underage girls (hence those rock songs).
An old Genghis Khan can actually spawn little half-Khans, so as retarded as those young Khans would be there's a biological imperative, but an old women can't.
Probably the origin right there, there's no hard cutoff date for men.
I'm sure there's some grandpas in the more Jerry Springer areas who have had kids at 60 with some young doe and the kid turned more okay than expected.
