I must respectfully disagree. Civilizations need to be allowed to develop naturally. Progress cannot be given, only made. Attempting to hand out the achievements of Western Civilization under the assumption that others would be able to benefit from it has been largely unsuccessful. Morality is a technology like any other, and societies that fail to develop a moral system alongside mechanical, chemical, industrial, etc. progress cannot benefit from those other achievements without it.
