Cosplayers don't have any kind of problem pulling off Faye. They've been doing it years.
It's not that they couldn't find an actress (I'm pretty sure even the actress they chose would've been able to pull it off with padding, support, and some favourable camera angles), it's not that they couldn't make the costume work. It's that they're lying to our faces and insist on changing it for the purpose of pushing their political message.
And that's before we even address how fucking weird and creepy it is to recast a white character called Jet Black as a literal black guy. It's like if there was a white character called Buck Yellow, and you decided to cast him as a Japanese guy with pronounced front teeth.
The most infuriating part about Pineda's idiotic "clap back" is that evidence to the contrary has never been more ubiquitous. Between tiktok thots, camgirls, and regular old internet porn, everyone can plainly see that there are plenty of real women who are proportioned like Faye Valentine. There are thousands upon thousands of them, viewed by millions upon millions of people everyday.
Pineda knows this. She pretends not to know this for a variety of narcissistic reasons. Among these reasons, my personal favorite is the denial of the existence of women more physically attractive than herself. There are more attractive women than Pineda working in fast food restaurants across the world.
Seriously. I can go onto twitter, instagram, tiktok, even fucking REDDIT, and see an endless stream of women with with absolute knock-you-dead curves so mindblogglingly beautiful that you'd tell yourself it was photoshop if there wasn't also video.
The idea that studios can't find these women, many of whom have extensive social media presences with tens or hundreds of thousands, or even over a million followers, who would likely bend over backwards for the slightest chance at mainstream media fame, is absurd. Studios don't hire these women because they don't WANT these women.

Simple rule for modern era: if men like it, it is by definition bad. If men enjoy it, it must be taken from them. If it benifits men only or provides men only with pleasure it is evil and bad and must be destroyed.
