I’m not too familiar with Warhammer but I’ve heard it’s been infested like so many IPs. Just makes me mad that these garbage writers who never liked the IP to begin with get jobs writing
Yeah, it seems like they held out for a while and then just dove into woke shit headfirst. I don’t really care now though, I loved the first Space Marine game but GW is never getting another penny of my money again.
It held better then most, they've been a lot more resilient to woke stuff then other franchises but they did get infiltrated eventually and the woke crap has started to show.

The original Space Marine was just a hack and slash, action shooter with a bit of comradery and self sacrifice and a ton of testosterone.
I assume they will introduce some trans characters, some minority representation that will be cringe and a woman that will be so much better then Titus and will also boss and belittle him but somehow everyone likes her.
I expect some BLM or anti-white messaging somewhere in there, not sure how yet but is definitely the main focus of their "writers".

It is but people are resisting and it has the benefit of having older editions and rules so unless you're big tournament player and only go to GW sanctioned ones you're fine. I still play 7th edition for example because 8th started going but 9th went Skyrim and removed a lot of the older aspects in favor of ease of accessibility. Like blast templates because people are dumb and didn't know how to use them right. Plus there's the old books and GW screwed themselves last year by saying "everything is canon but not everything is true" so now people are free to ignore the woke shit as the untrue part of that statement. 3rd party sellers, 3rd printing and off brand copies of models are also easily available so GW doesn't need to get a single penny from you to play with friends or at your local store.
Warhammer is enjoyed by men and therefore must be ruined. There can be no escape for the servant class. The conditioning must be complete and inescapable. Anything less and someone might ask why the children are leading.
The author of the nightlord trilogy and an author who's actually employed by GW called ALL Americans nazi's after Trump won in 2016. GW seems to have a no irl politics rule for their books for now.
