Specifically, the one about how they destroyed parts of monkeys brains with chemicals and acid for the explicit purpose of making them have more terror than would normally be able to have, and over more minor stimuli.
Considering that monkeys have such close connection with humans in terms of physiology, I can only imagine the utterly demented and evil things they have in mind for that sort of research.
