By Biden's own admission as per his speech the other day, he did absolutely fuck all until July. Trump's agreement was a full pull-out by the end of May. Biden hadn't even had a phone call at that point. Then, after doing fuck all he announces a withdrawal outside of the previous agreement, with no actual plan or background, and for some absolutely skull-fuckingly retarded reason decided it was a good idea to publically disclose troop movements and their timetables.
