Why are so many people loitering around, sitting in or standing in trash on the streets?
I remember a ride along I did years ago where the cop told me that any place that has grown men/women just...around in the middle of the day is someplace you want to avoid if at all possible.
Our mental health facilities were "cruel" but instead of fixing it they just axed the whole thing. Welcome to the entire streets being the new mental institutions.
White women need to learn, do not associate with Black males, saw quite a bit of that in the first part of the video and can't watch anymore. And White men and women, don't have kids outside of marriage, don't divorce, cause it will all to often drive your kids to bad partners and drugs and crime and they can end up hooked and like this. You cannot fix Philly with such a massive Black population, or with all this demoralizing anti-White culture. And people, don't do drugs, don't encourage it's use, don't stand up for legalization.
