How far does the proof have to go to make any change? Best realistic outcome I can think of is that more people will wake up to the manipulation and fraud and some states will put in some protection.

Nothing. The right is too chicken shit to come out and do what needs to be done with the same tired excuses of they have jobs, families, etc.. This “responsibility” will ensure they get hauled off the gulags and burn wondering “what if we had gone out and actually protested, staged a general strike, and crashed the entire system down” later on.
According to sworn testimony in front of the Arizona State Senate:
11,326 voters in Maricopa County were NOT on voter rolls on 11/7/20 but WERE on the voter rolls on 12/4/20 AND were marked as VOTED in the Nov. 3 election
The margin of “victory” in Arizona was 10,457 votes.
Pretty obvious evidence how news sites aren't about presenting facts but deciding and pushing a specific narrative. Same as when the election was "called" because a bunch of the same news sites said so. Literally no govt body or anything needed, just saying "Biden won, according to USA Today, AP etc.".
Were they just mail-in and not absentee. Absentee requires a request for the ballot and a chain of custody, mail-in are just sent whenever to whoever without verifying where a voter lives (or if they still live).
The mail-in still have a record of being sent, and a record of being received back. That's where they saw the discrepancy - 74k more received records were found than sent records, when, even at 100% voter response, the numbers should match. And realistically, you'd have significantly less received votes than sent votes.
They're going to do everything they can to prevent the first domino from falling. As soon as one state gets reversed, it's over.
