I assume the actual reason for removing the Breeding Pits is that it explicitly has you murdering children and babies, and there's probably one or two countries where that would change the age rating of the game, but if so, say that and not "we're avoiding uncomfortable body horror content" when you overtly have hard vore in your game.
The orc breeding pits if you played the game, you can restore it with an addon easily enough.
The writing in that game is presented as "journal entries" but the longer form story stuff is actually pretty good, that was one of the better written areas
