Still the best roguelike, I agree, but... There's clearly multiple chefs making the soup, and some don't give a fuck while others are apologists.
I assume the actual reason for removing the Breeding Pits is that it explicitly has you murdering children and babies, and there's probably one or two countries where that would change the age rating of the game, but if so, say that and not "we're avoiding uncomfortable body horror content" when you overtly have hard vore in your game.
