How does it serve the interests of the plutocrats in question to sell propaganda while losing their own audience?
Don't get me wrong, I don't doubt at all that they are selling propaganda. I do think that the reasons for it isn't quite as straightforward. They are profit-making corporations. And while woke ideology serves their interests of screwing over the common man, every profit-making corporation would be incentivized to minimize the amount of sacrifice necessary to spread the propaganda.
Because men are no longer the market, China is, and women are. Everything Disney does is to appease China and women. Corporations have directly told us for decades that their decisions are based off the fact that women make up 80% of the purchasing power in America, they couldn’t give a flaming fuck about the male market because it doesn’t exist anymore.
Look at the top grossing movies over the last half decade in China. The only American films that typically top the charts in China are movies reminiscent of the ones Hollywood made in the 80s and 90s.
It kind of flies in the face that people want "feminist action fanfare". They don't sell in America, they don't sell in China (even when made by the Chinese) and the sure as heck don't sell in India.
And 2019 was even worse for Hollywood in China because the only two notable American films to make the charts were Hobbs & Shaw (another masculine action flick) and Avengers: End Game (for obvious reasons):

So they're deliberately putting out propaganda not to make money, but to brainwash people. They're losing money, revenue, and viewership in the process, but the whole point is that the next generation will be born into agitprop and that's all they'll know (unless their parents purposely keep them from consuming it).
People who are force-fed the globohomo agenda won't know any better, unless they regularly watch foreign films from China, India or Russia.
They're willing to lose in the short term for the long-term effect of brainwashing every generation that follows this one.
I remember reading a "scholarly" article a few years ago referencing how depictions of violence against black women in video games was a problem. Checked out the original article being cited to make the claim and it was an article about GTA (San Andreas, I think?). They're all full of shit and will never be happy.
