Come to Florida. We have no masks, Trump, and cookies. We also have few protestors, but even those are now legally speedbumps and shooting targets.

Didn't DeSantis win re-election against the Black gay crackhead by razor-thin margins? I'm glad your state is sane for the time being, but you need to figure out how to filter out the insane people from the other Coastal states before you start inviting them.

No, he won, and it was only by a thin margin because 3 reasons, no one knew who the hell he was, mysterious votes in blue counties, and heavy democrat presence from newly arrived yankees in red counties (they banned Dog Racing and gave felons their chance to get the vote back, of course dems were going to show up). At last one bitch lost her job because of the fraud, though, I think she even went to jail.

2 years later, despite dems trying to lour their pets out with $15 an hour, which passed, they lost heavily because Trump was on the ballot and DeSantis had proven his mettle.

Fuck that, we're full. I live in a very red county in central FL and now most of my neighbors are damn yankees. We get along fine but guess how they vote?

Spez: And not just damn yankees but damn boomer yankees. Even though house prices have nearly doubled they don't give a shit because this is the last place they are going to live. They move down here, vote for all the same shit that made their previous state broken, and happily die thinking they voted for "the right thing." And, being boomers, these people really do vote. They make a day of it.

Which is why we need more thinking voters, and less idiots.

Oddly enough it was mostly pro-Trump indivials slowing down i95. Even through March they hung out on the sides of an overpass.

Were they blocking traffic? If so, speedbump.

Nope, didn't block traffic. Slowed it down significantly though

What part of Florida? I know Broward/Miami is pozzed, but is anywhere else safe enough? I'm hesitant because of the humidity, gators, hurricanes, and old Jewish drivers. Mostly the hurricanes.

Look around Inverness, Hernando, Brooksville areas. Small enough that you will know your neighbors, big enough that there's more than just a shitty walmart. Inland enough from the Hurricanes but still close to the water. Red. Red. Red. The jews, if there are any in the area, are young and fast, hard to catch if you're into fuc..I mean dating them. Gators are mostly in drainage areas and the big lakes, well controlled as there is some high-priced real estate from old money.

Walmart dropped theirs for vaccinated people too, though they haven't exactly advertised that fact; and > 90% of people in my local store still wear them.

Everybody in Seattle tightly masked everywhere ... except the homeless who roam freely doing as they please.

Edit to add: this Seattle homeless camp fire on the side of I-5 today - https://old.reddit.com/r/SeattleHomelessFires/comments/nl40mx/fire_at_homeless_encampment_off_i5_at_70th/

To be fair, you'd look like a fucking idiot wearing a mask while infecting yourself with heroin.

They're trying to pull that shit in downstate Illinois, too. Some businesses have started slapping up signs that vaxxed people can come in without a mask, but non-vaxxed still have to mask up. Like any sort of virus is going to go "Oh no, not a piece of cloth!" and run away. Hell, I thought the whole point of people being vaccinated was that they'd be immune and as such they wouldn't be walking around spreading the virus to everyone? If that's the case then why should anyone be wearing masks? If a critical mass of everyone else is vaxxed then the non-inoculated should have nothing to worry about, right?

Places around my neck of the woods also play the “if your vaxxed then you don’t need a mask” game. But, there’s no mandate to confirm, so you can just walk on in.

Employees still wear masks, though, along with plenty other people.

Honestly, it’s going to take a national emergency declaration that masks are detrimental to the public good for some of these goons ever take them off. And frankly I know the establishment likes the theater and the sheepishness of the populace too much to ever do such a thing.
