If the federal government won't permit your elected representative to represent you, shouldn't secession be automatic?

Razorfist has said multiple times -- and I'm paraphrasing a bit -- that the moment that the people's voice is formally silenced, when the perception that their vote matters is cast away, is the moment more extreme measures to be heard will be enacted.

January 6th was a preliminary on that, and the system is cracking down hard to try and dissuade any future uprisings of the same vein. However, it will happen again, particularly with the way things are going.

However, we will also see more earnest attempts to try and peacefully break away from the increasingly-despotic Federal government, via calls to secession and the like.

These efforts will be met with violence and subterfuge by the establishment.

Unfortunately, I feel violence against the establishment is an inevitability.

I have absolutely zero interest in secession.

Why are we constantly falling back every time a Leftist says "I get to do what I want"?

Fuck that shit. The communists can leave.

I've stated repeatedly that Civil Disobedience is the correct game plan. The establishment will lash out violently as it is done. Do not compromise, and simply hold firm on your positions, and consolidate on your victories.

The Left requires momentum and expansion to survive, stop giving ground. Let them throw themselves against our walls, then we build new walls.

Why should California be abandoned to Communists? Why should Michigan? Why should Portland?

I see absolutely no reason to intentionally allow the Communists to consolidate their victories by isolating ourselves and allowing them to expand. Just stop co-operating. Stop conceding. Stop giving in, and push back slightly in the opposite direction. They will scream to high heaven, and will not actually be able to resist you. Then they will respond not only with violence, but extreme and disproportionate violence. That will be an excellent catalyst for the rest of their collapse.

Let them come, let them fail. We should not be moved. It's my country, I'm not giving it to the pinkos, and I'm definitely not giving them time and space to consolidate their forces to launch an attack a couple years down the line.

Civil disobedience

Civility only works when there is some impartiality in the court system.

Yeah man, rile up the lefties so they attack you. Get beaten to inches of your life for fun. Because if you fucking defend yourself in any way you're the one going to jail for life. You're the one who will no longer have job prospects. You can disarm a registered felon holding a gun he should be arrested for possessing and you can enjoy a 2 million dollar bail bond while bicepless Joe over there skips around free.

The time for civility is long past

I like what happened on the airline where everyone walked off to support that one family. That should be done midair, not walking off obviously but mask off. We should ALL STAND GROUND like do a government building FLASH MOB of some sort to get the attention of them and the media

That's not what civil disobedience means. I'm saying refuse to comply with certain laws and procedures.

And as I've pointed out, you're not going to be doing shit, so the rest of us are going to have to be disobedient at some point while you clamor for a revolution you won't enlist in.

I'll keep resisting where I can, you go ahead and belittle people from an internet forum where you post your revenge fantasies.

I'm with you man. Secession should be an absolute last resort.

I see secession as a form of retreating, and nothing good has ever come from retreating from a Leftist threat.

Like a predator, it creates a chase response.

Face masks are a visual indicator of who won't rebel. Not sure about your community, but I'm surrounded by NPCs/sheeple.

It's discouraging. Even the majority of right wing people I encounter in this leftist hellscape are masked up. I've not been able to find a good community to band together with in my area and everything being locked down for over a year has not helped matters. Hard to meet people, which I think is by design.

Even I do it, but that's mostly because I don't want to have to argue with some NPC consumer, get kicked out of the post office by the lady with her "I can't breathe" bracelet, I don't want to have my favorite restaurant get sanctioned by the health department because they just got the ability to serve food back.

And yes, the health department has sent glowies into the restaurant, and is prepared to close the restaurant if customers aren't wearing masks, regardless of what the order of the business is.

I'm very interested in the rural Minnesota counties seeking to to break away and join South Dakota.

Like most places, Minnesota is complicated. Overall, the state is extremely left-wing, but only Minneapolis is what I would classify as authoritarian Marxist. The rest of the state is better described as progressive/cucked. Theoretically, these two groups of people will have very different reactions to deep red counties attempting to leave the state.

The Marxists will obviously deny this movement and demand that the state maintain all taxable land and population - at the barrel of a gun, if necessary. There's no point in gaining total control over people if those people can just leave, right? They certainly cannot be allowed to leave with their land and homes and communities intact.

Progressives are more likely to celebrate or at least permit this development. They don't like the idea of sharing a state with unenlightened conservative bigots anyways. Progressives are children in search of simple emotional gratification. They aren't usually thinking strategically, in terms of electoral votes and the power of population.

Typically, the inner city marxists succeed in forcing the progressives to toe the radical line. This dynamic will be greatly tested if it comes to violence.

And how do we stand up to the kind of weapons they have??

The same way insurgent have since the fucking 70s. Vietnam, the Middle East, those are your looks into how to defeat a modern military.

Modern militaries don't just flatten countries and crush resistances anymore. It's why you pay millions in tax dollars for goat herders to run circles around your army. Now imagine the RoE in a nation you intend on actually ruling over and owning when all is said and done. How would that possibly be more brutal? Not to mention the sheer amount of weapons in the hands of civilians in this country. If there is ever a widespread armed insurrection in this country, the current governmental apparatus is finished.

Oh b-b-but muh tanks and F-16s. Those can't stand on street corners and enforce curfews. Those can't break up cells. The government does not have the manpower to forcibly enact their will on the population, and that's the secret they never want to leak into collective consciousness. Even assuming all current military and police will 100% side with the government over the people, they're still outnumbered and outarmed. All the tanks and bombers in the world don't matter because they literally cannot do shit in a revolution. Oh, you did it, you "crushed the dissent" by flattening the entirety of NYC. Congrats, now you only have rubble and waste where there once was infrastructure and business. Oh, and a good amount of the insurgents you tried to eliminate weren't even there and you murdered thousands of innocents. Great PR for ending said revolution
