Rainbow flag with the logos for Chase, Citi, JP Morgan, NYSE, etc... would be perfect. The more it resembles a soccer uniform or a racecar, the better.
I actually agree for design reasons. The purpose of a flag is to be an identifier from a distance. That being the case, all features should be easily identified from a distance. Seals are too detailed for this and should not be used on a flag.
