I don't disagree at all. Civil Disobedience is the only outlet if we know that the establishment will never follow the law, but demands all of us to do so.

I would say that the establishment just regained control. Trump was never supposed to win in 2016 and this is them just getting back on track.

This is true. The uniparty describes the national level. On the local level, there are some Democrats worth voting for (in my area, anyway).
Also, third party and independent are actually viable at the local level.
