These new product features come as 3 in 4 (76%) job seekers and employees today report that a diverse workforce is an important factor when evaluating companies and job offers.

BULLLLLLLLSHIT.

NOBODY wants that. I'd love to see that methodology.

Yeah, that gets a huge [CITATION NEEDED] in my book. I'd love to know what study produced those results and whether they could be independently verified, because I'd be willing to bet that the majority of employees out there would parrot a SocJus talking point to save their own bacon if it was their job on the line.

Yeah, if it isn't completely made up it was probably your boss asking "we are a company who strives for diversity, how important is it to you?"

The kind of bullshit lies we all say in an interview.

They only asked the wogdogs who would benefit, that's why.

So nice of them to encourage racism.

On the bright side I would like to know companies that are not woke. I would fully change jobs for less pay as long as I would be sure not be fired do to being white and male the first time they reduce personal.

Isn't it fascinating that 4 months ago NOBODY had heard about DE&I policies and companies didn't care.

Now overnight every company is rushing not only to implement these policies but hiring "divesity" (cough, communist political, cough) officers and requiring mandatory "diversity training" (cough, communist struggle sessions, cough)

It's almost like this was all planned.

And Glassdoor sucks btw. They force their users to give them personal information if they want to see anything and, like Yelp, will either add or remove bad reviews based on if a company pays them for their services.

It's just you that hadn't heard.

I actively avoid any job listing that mentions trannies, blacks, or women. If it mentions "diversity" and "inclusion" as buzzwords, that's fine.

But why would I apply somewhere that I've specifically been asked not to apply to?

Dude, I work for a subcontractor at Amgen's HQ. The company I work for, the company my employer works for, and Amgen (which is practically hiring both companies) all have the diversity and women's supremacy shit all over their asses. And of course, not a damn boot on the ground (associate that does the actual physical labor) gives a fucking shit about that corporate drivel.
