Yeah, that gets a huge [CITATION NEEDED] in my book. I'd love to know what study produced those results and whether they could be independently verified, because I'd be willing to bet that the majority of employees out there would parrot a SocJus talking point to save their own bacon if it was their job on the line.

Yeah, if it isn't completely made up it was probably your boss asking "we are a company who strives for diversity, how important is it to you?"
