I chose to become a clinical social worker because of the values of the profession, the emphasis on deep exploration of the human experience, and the emphasis on the person in their environment. In other words, I see you as an individual who has developed in the context of your family of origin, social, cultural, biological, and environmental factors. Traditional medical model diagnoses are focused on observed behavior of an individual at a particular moment in time, and can devalue your perspective and experience.
I am speechless. What even is that?
Everybody is all gung-ho about Texas but I'm not much of a fan; it's just toooo hot and I never want to see another fire ant as long as I live. Food's good though.
I'd move to Montana if I could, but sadly medical services there are extremely limited.
We made an excursion to Florida to check it out last winter, but the parts that I like are way beyond my price range.
Gulf coast states are steamy, bug ridden, and poor. The rust belt is still rusty. New Hampshire might be a civilized option.

My comment on the topic in another thread -
I don't think the Russians will bite, and yes, this trade has been theory for a while.
I don't think the Kremlin cares much about Viktor Bout but the US sure as hell wants their operative Paul Whelan back, in a big big way. The US gives no shits about Brittney Griner.
Whelan is the big fish here, and the Russians have him convicted dead to rights for spying.
To recap: Whelan speaks and reads fluent Russian, came out of the military, was busted with an incriminating thumb drive, has 4 passports, and a twin brother. Classic.

At this point I see Trump as negative momentum, not a positive thing at all. The left would drop literal nukes on America if he gets re-elected. This is not the direction the American people need, the country is already broken.
Testing::
I went up to my local convenience store/gas station/taco truck today which is a neighborhood staple. A Korean family has run the place for more than a decade.
I have decided that Koreans are my favorite brand of immigrant, I really like them. They are good sensible constructive people who add value and are neat, tidy, and responsible. I frequent some of their other businesses here and they're just great, always.
I paid in cash and the son who actually runs the business examined my $20 bill. I asked if that had become a problem and he responded in the affirmative that he had accepted some very very good counterfeits and was being careful, going on to describe the details. The local supermarket a few blocks beyond has also stopped taking $50 and $100 bills.
This gas station/mini-mart in the last two years has also installed iron grills over all the doors and windows after increasing break-ins.
This is where we are now. Even the good immigrants are being pillaged in the system.

This will be an unpopular viewpoint -
But isn't this State's Rights in democratic action? The SCOTUS gave legislative rights back to the states, Kansas held a public vote in their state, and the abortion question was decided by public vote.
I think the outcome is what the people voted for. That's the way the USA was designed.
