Yeah, "The Boys" is all in with Trump = Homelander = Homicidal Nazi. There must be a based writer or two still left, though, because they slipped in a bit where the MSM called Starlight's (true) claims "baseless" or something similar, which the real MSM does to Trump.

I don’t think I’ve ever, in all my years in journalism, heard a male journalist warned not to be “cocky” or told to be quiet about his professional achievements.

LOL. Guys say that to each other all the time. Sometimes it's an actual warning (in the tradition of "memento mori"), sometimes it's just kidding around (especially when the achievement is a minor one). Poor guy just believed in the whole equality thing.

Nonsense. Obviously Paypal is holding the funds so he can't take them and scam his followers.

"Obviously", my ass.

You must be a child who has never had a bank account. Banks routinely hold funds that you deposit for a period of time as a fraud prevention measure.

Banks hold the funds for various lengths of time, up to 9 days for a new account. Paypal, on the other hand, holds the funds indefnitely and sometimes just declares them a violation of their AUP and takes them.

It does, because we can look at Paypal's long history of honoring the money in accounts instead of stealing it,

Uh, no. Paypal reserves the right to just take as liquidated damages $2500 per transaction which violates their acceptable use policy, in their opinion. And they do exercise that right. Which means, since each transaction is less than $2500, they might well just take it all.

Still legal in Florida and Texas!

Right, Paypal helps themselves to $2500 per transaction which constitutes a "violation" of the AUP (as determined entirely by them), and then you have to sue in a Paypal-friendly court or use an arbitrator (which never finds for the customer) to fail to get it back.

The funds are in his account. They haven't been "stolen.

They're in an account with his name on it, but he can't use them or withdraw them. And may never be able to. The fact that Paypal has an account with his name on it doesn't make it "not stolen", any more than if you steal a milk crate the fact that it still says "property of 7-11" on it means it isn't stolen.

2ndly, it isn't the customer's money anymore, it's HIS MONEY. It was PAID TO HIM already.

It wasn't paid to him. It never got to him. It was paid to Paypal on his behalf, and Paypal held it up.

LOL. They weren't thinking of enslaved black men when they made the movie. They weren't thinking of black people at all.

Selling overpriced cosmetics has got to be less of a scam than 99% of the stuff under the "environmental science and sustainable business" umbrella.

I'd like a second opinion from Justice Kavanaugh.

Oh come on. What's the chance of someone liking Kamala Harris?

If he's calling it indoctrination he's telling the truth.

It's a target-rich environment.

Christianity is the seed of wokism; the whole slave morality thing where the able are cursed and the weak venerated springs from there.

No thank you. Better Christian evangelists than woke tyrants, but neither would be preferable.

So now Hispanic (like from literal Hispañola) immigrants aren't good enough for them?

Just go eat at one. Nobody's going to shoot at you, and chances are you'll easily be able to get a table where one of these protestors no-showed.

Steak's delicious, too.

There's also a lot fewer military vet pilots now, with nearly all the Vietnam-era boomers having retired.
