More non western countries than non Europeans. The Slavs are still cool. The US is a little complicated, as most Catholics are in the Democrats states, and with Biden and Pelosi as their representatives, it is hard to reconcile their voting records and their stated faith.

Can confirm, rich Chinese are bailing out of China and buying huge amounts of Australian real estate. Landlord and real estate agent are Chinese, the real estate agent being psychopathic as well.

I think that’s when some states started opening up after forcing everyone to either get the two jabs or lose their job and rights. Then through the power of science, cases started climbing despite around 90%+ of people being double vaccinated. After the two bad shots were so effective, they are now trying to convince everyone to get a third. (later on a 4th, 5th etc.)

It’s weird, I thought I would never be able to leave my country Australia because, like you, I am unvaccinated. But by some wonderfully coincidental scientific breakthrough, as soon as election season began it was made legal for unvaccinated Australians to leave and come back. (A week or so ago) Perhaps next election season in Canada, they might change the requirement for you.

True. I enjoy gab but sometimes Torba can get worked up about a lot of things.

Distractions are very necessary in this day and age. I'd just be happy that people don't harm themselves/end their lives at this point. The terrible twenties are some serious shit. Also the OP from Gab is a little ironic, as going on gab and messaging on alt tech is also technically a distraction that takes time away from other things.

Sort of like almost every country on earth, including Russia, where the rich and connected enrich themselves with taxpayer help for ever basically. I would've thought Chile was a more potent example then Russia to be honest.

I think rather than watching sports being the main reason for a lack of action, having your own government, employers, various family members and a large segment of the population all being against you and willing to tear you down for just questioning the current state of the world is probably more accurate.

Somehow I don't think that if people stop watching sports, that they will suddenly be able to protest or take action without police/other government alphabet gangstas coming at them like a ton of bricks and taking away their freedoms, destroying their livelihoods and taking their children away on trumped up charges.

Having an all chad population won't help much if the government runs you down. If they can run-over grandmas in walkers with a horse without any hesitation imagine how fucked up they will gladly make anyone else who tries to make a real change.

In poor countries with lots of resources, there are a lot of riches. They are just shared among a very select group of people, with basically nothing for everyone else. Sort of like the west in a few decades really.

I sure don't care that much about what happens to police officers during this time in history. Maybe the indigenous rights protestors can distract the police while some unvaccinated people run into the grocery store and get some food?

She may start acting as a conduit for other dissatisfied police officers to take action as well. Or not. But every little step in the right direction is still better than nothing. Ideally doctors and nurses would also be questioning the government and then when everyone is united against them, much larger protests can start taking place to replace the government.

Knowing how insane the police are in Melbourne, you still have to be careful. They don't care about hurting innocent people, if you act up they will just call up their mates and blast you all over with rubber bullets. The justice/police system is fundamentally broken and acting like if people see the injustice, things will change, is just wrong. The best way to one up the police is to systematically and covertly act against them. Fixing the problem will be a marathon not a sprint.

I have no idea why West Australians are among the dumbest people on earth but it is what it is. The weird thing is I live here too and notice how stupid basically everyone is, I don’t know what I did differently. In between the COVID/hard border insanity and the almost daily back burning making it uncomfortable to breathe the ‘fresh’ air, it is almost hell on earth here. Yet WA re-elected McGowan with around 90% of seats. I just hope America turns around soon, nothing good will happen here.

When they move to take away people’s food, that’s probably when they will realise they overreached. I have read a lot of history and it seems Australia is entering a time of troubles at a crazy speed. I thought the US or Canada would be first, I am so confused.

Queensland is getting masked now? What a shame. Eventually WA will join because everyone else is doing it.

Just watched Armageddon on the weekend. Refreshing to see a movie where the hero is allowed to be a white man without any race judgements or gender shenanigans.

I also used a free month to catch up. Watched Bill Burr and Dave Chapelle and not much else.
