To nobody's surprise. Public sector unions exist only to get less work for their employees. Gotta have yearly raises, though

That's where you are wrong. Libraries and other public institutions will buy up copies on your dollar.

Don't know why I hadn't thought of it sooner. Everyone knows masks don't work but we have to keep wearing them because 3M (and their ilk) manufactured 5 years worth of overstock, so we will be required to wear them until they sell off their inventory.

Why do you think Q terrifies them? Q claims they are going to bring down high powered pedophiles. If you're not a pedophile, why would you be worried?

You wouldn't believe how clueless/lazy most normies are. If it involves more steps (or even different steps) than the ones they first learned, they won't even try to do it.

That includes those who are otherwise "tech savvy ".

The Dissenter addon was amazing back in it's (very limited) day. One of the best aspects of the internet is getting people feedback on things and sharing information. I often read an online article or blog post or something like that and think "I can't be the only one who sees what's wrong with this, right? Dissenter allowed for access to feedback across the web. And the best part, if you don't want it, you don't have to look at it.

They can. Try to open your gym in Minneapolis and you'd be guaranteed to have squads of police buzzing about in no time!

Well, there goes 7 months of my mobile data....

That gives me hope that if enough of our men step up and be men, we might yet turn the tide of culture. There are enough useful idiots on both sides they'll follow whatever is trendy. We just have to make freedom and justice trendy.

I think that it can be a false flag and still have been legitimate Trump supporters who entered the building. It's a smarter kind of false flag with unwilling participants.

Definitely looks like a set up. Wonder if there is any room for an entrapment defense? Not that the courts would here it anyway.

Not to mention the external pressure like having your personal bank accounts suspended.

Not lazy so much as blinded by their bread and circuses. The right have tons of energy and focus, they just allow it to be misdirected constantly. How to fix that is the million dollar question.

To be fair, plenty of Republican judges also refused to hear any evidence. Don't let the uniparty confuse you with their color show.

This is true. The uniparty describes the national level. On the local level, there are some Democrats worth voting for (in my area, anyway).

Also, third party and independent are actually viable at the local level.

There is. Look to video games. Might I suggest a bit of Minecraft?

15
Auntie_Mildred 15 points ago +15 / -0

Sure. But on the other side of the coin, we have people who have espoused "open market" capitalism where muh private corporation can do whatever they want and then wonder why we are living under a plutocracy.

They keep voting for globalist interests under the guise of "well, I'M a small business owner, so I completely sympathize with Bezos" and then wonder why the economy is stacked the way it is.

It works the other way too, though. Those of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s through a time of unprecedented wealth and technological advancement are sitting here on the cusp of the 20s wondering why we aren't in flying cars or teleporting to a moon colony or something.

The stagnation of our society is very real and very depressing to anyone who is paying attention. Innovation is limited to finding new ways to control and manipulate us. Companies are interested in introducing new technology unless they can use it to spy on us and steal data.

The difference between 1970 and 1990 is phenomenal. The difference between 2000 and 2020 is, flat screens?
