The thing is, many on the right just haven't even accepted the premise of giving up control of their social lives to anyone at all, regardless of politics. Many just simply enjoy seeing the people they care about face to face instead. We're experiencing a really interesting paradigm shift right now where "what's possible" is being replaced by "what's desirable" in people's outlook.
What we really need to do is forget the idea that social media should be such a large part of our lives. The behaviours we hate to see from far left zealots are self defeating, and their spaces will eat themselves before too long, especially as many of the earnest moderate left types will continue to get pushed out because they need someone to engage negatively with.
It's been quite a while, but I think you really just had to recall multiple different triggers/effects to make your way through it effectively. Like, you kept changing to water level to access different areas, so you have to remember what is on each level and how to access it. Then to make things even more confusing you get the heavy boots part way through, which changes how you navigate the temple. I can understand how that would be frustrating for people who haven't "trained" for solving such problems through years of gaming prior.
They view themselves as the directors of society. Since people aren't forming relationships these days, they've convinced themselves that the problem is too many attractive women in media ruining men's standards, and not that corporations are invading every single segment of our lives so nothing can develop organically anymore (an environment directly hostile to romance).
I am rather suspicious about how unnatural all of these events feel. Almost like people are being blackmailed to behave in uncharacteristic ways in an attempt to build a false narrative designed to goad the public into civil war.
I'll wait for military intelligence to finally take the lead and prove that I'm off base on this, since they supposedly instigated all this.
Sure, but these things are not static. There is a flow to how information moves through the world and shifts over time. People are jacked up right now over what's going on in the US, but now that we're in election season they're going to have to actually face hard criticism face to face.
This election is going to be hillarious once the liberals discover they can't just scream TTTTRRRRUUUUMMMMPPPPP!!! at the sky to win over many of the voters who have been shafted by them for years. Like Trump or not, most voters care about the exact same issues as American Conservatives.
It's not about people deciding to get away with more. It goes something like:
These people get away with more > they get away with more because they are held to lower standards > why are they held to lower standards? > they are held to lower standards because they are less capable.
Hockey would like a word with you.
