I don't know. My guess would be that they're pretty similar. I come from an extremely white state and crime of all types was almost non-existent. Murders were state-wide news because they so rarely happened.
But I'm really not sure why you seem to want to get into this pissing contest to begin with, other than it's just you being you.
Like holding someone down on the floor until the cops arrive?
That's not "negligence" though. You didn't answer my question of, "what did he 'neglect' to do?" Negligence is something you fail to do, not something you did.
If you shoot someone intentionally, you aren't charged with "criminal negligence." You're charged with murder. (and then maybe acquitted for self defense)
I am a fair-skinned, cis-femme, self-supporting New York Jewess, so unlike for many others, this man and his ideals posed little actual threat to me. (My Jewishness is something I can hide, though I don’t. I do the opposite, draping myself in a Mr. T level of Judaica-themed jewelry.)
Wood chipper.
I don't understand the criminally negligent homicide charge at all.
That's like when you fuck up so badly doing something otherwise safe that you kill someone. Like, say, you leave your car in neutral without the parking brake and it rolls down a hill and runs over someone. That's potentially criminal negligence.
Two people fighting and one of them dies is the very definition of "involuntary manslaughter." You did something potentially dangerous and someone actually died because of it. If you're restraining someone and they (don't, but we'll pretend that Neeley did) die, it doesn't even make sense to accuse him of being "negligent." What did he "neglect" to do during the struggle? Ask for his consent?
So in this case, it actually makes sense to me that they could deadlock on manslaughter but dismiss criminal negligence because the negligence charge makes no sense whatsoever.
I've listened to this guy in a couple of interviews, and he honestly sounds very reasonable. He's either genuine, or he's a damn good liar.
The thing is, almost none of these WEF types are good liars because they're so fucking brainwashed that they cannot help out themselves. I'm hopeful that this guy was just some investor who happened to be working for one of the worst people in the history of the planet before it became extremely obvious that he was one of the worst people in the history of the planet.
Film grain and 23.976fps can be easily replicated digitally, just like the compressed audible range of vinyl can easily be replicated on CD.
You like the aesthetic? Ok, cool. But it's not objectively better, and it's literally technically inferior to modern tech.
Couldn't tell you. I started listening to them a while back, probably because they were interviewing someone I found interesting and the thumbnail came up on the "suggested" list.
They made me actually, repeatedly, laugh out loud, which is pretty damn rare, so I subscribed. I try to catch just about every one of their podcasts; even if it's not something/someone I care about, they're funny, entertaining mofos.
As u/undecidedmask2 said, it's really pretty funny. But that shouldn't be surprising, because the Hodge Twins are generally pretty damn funny.
my understanding is that it's less about raw strength and more about having the skill to know how hard and what angle to hit the ball at.
Probably the biggest difference is that women's tees are significantly closer to the flag than men's tees are, therefore they don't need to be able to drive as far.
That said, the further and more accurately you can hit your first shot(s), the easier your next shot will be. And men are, unsurprisingly, able to hit farther and more accurately than women.
There are plenty of delusional Europeans who still think Europe (and the EU, specifically) is pretty great, too.
