I can see how using “we” in this forum could be inappropriate. I feel a kinship with people here and other .win boards, so it’s something I just said without too much though. I used to be really obsessed with craft beers. So, I drank them from the advent of microbreweries. At the beginning, the flavors were all unique and more interesting. My friend was commenting how they all taste the same now. I have to agree with that. Something changed - they all have the same (shitty) flavor now. I stopped drinking beer for the most part. The only beer I think tastes good now is a German or Czech Pilsner, and even that is astronomically better on tap in its native home. They also aren’t adding a bunch of chemicals to the beer like US microbreweries are now.
