Yes, but there is a huge difference. You see, there has been a 1984-esque disinformation campaign to change the meaning of "socialism".
It use to mean: "Any measure taken to prevent the ever greater accumulation of wealth and resources by the few at the expense of the many."
Which is why it was used by the NSDAP, as well as the commies. Both went at it in completely different ways.
Nowadays, English-speakers think "socialism" means only "state-owned means of production". This helps the commies tremendously, as it cuts out a big chunk of socioeconomic policy thought processes.

If you as a people turn far right, then the whole world must war on you and destroy your nation entirely and totally, not leaving a shred of its memory intact.
But if you as a people get propagandized into turning left or far left, then suddenly at the next opportunity, you turn back hard right?

Never heard this before, but then again I've only been a daily user of the Internet since 1989. It has certainly grown into a vast space.
My "Sieg Heil!" was (I thought, obviously) an acid test of sorts to see what kinds of reactions it would get. After all, coming to a new place and getting vibes of reasonable is one thing, but to see the crowd's reaction to such a statement, now that is much more informative.

More or less. I call TAM the trans teenage admin a nutcase tranny child all day and he hasn't deleted anything of mine that I am aware of.
But he is demented and anything that can by the wildest stretch of the imagination be twisted into seeming akin to a threat or a call for violence triggers him.

This is why a woman needs a man, to tell her: you are feeling like this because you believe this this and that. But in fact, your beliefs are erroneous, and I will show you why things aren't as they seem. He then goes on to use his reasoning to show her how her leftist conditioning is misguided. She thanks him and marries him, because he is a wise and kind guardian of her emotions.
I usually just shut them up with: "In school, you were one of those not doing any work in group assignments, just waiting for the others to finish it for you, weren't you?"
