They did that?
They WOULD, yeah, but DID they?
Honest question, I'd like to know.
Well, it was at least sufficiently watchable that I made it through all eight episodes without feeling like puking my guts out and scooping my eyes out with a teaspoon
This is also exactly how I felt about Star Trek: Lower Decks.
Compared to Discovery, Strange New Worlds, and the first two seasons of Picard, however, it was a masterpiece.
I'll give you that the first two episodes really were that bad, however. First impressions matter, and if anyone quit the show after that, I don't blame them.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and the SNW crossover should never have happened. That was a fucking stupid idea.
The Bible says "If God is with us, who can be against us?"
Evil people turned it into "He who is not with us is against us."
Which eventually became "It is not enough to not be X. We must be explicitly anti-X."
No, in this case it's more "you weren't alpha enough, hit the gym harder, fatty."
Even when you're fit as a fiddle already. No, apparently you need to tren so hard that your heart is the size of a watermelon.
The book where, when Cernovich received any criticism whatsoever, he would respond with a screencap of his sales numbers and ask "How's YOUR book doing?"
Turned me off the man for years.
Wouldn't surprise me. I've never trusted Andrew Tate--my gut gives me all sorts of red flags about the man. I can't really explain why.
A seemingly-dying breed indeed.
It's why I made one for a tabletop gaming campaign. It's real relaxing to be someone so kind-hearted, such a yamato nadeshiko type, even when she has to fight.
I loved animated Teen Titans Starfire for the same reason.
You'd be surprised how much of Manosphere Twitter ALSO blames the man for the woman cheating.
No, I'm serious.
Not just any EA fuck.
He INVENTED Ultimate Team loot boxes with FIFA 09, which have DESTROYED AAA sports video games.
It says a lot that even RedLetterMedia liked that season.
Tapestry? But...that's one of my favorite episodes.
Then again, I liked Gail Simone and Mark Waid's work, too, before they lost THEIR minds. The latter wrote Kingdom Come and Irredeemable, which are still two of my favorite comics ever.
There's also Chuck Dixon, who now works for Vox Day's Arkhaven.
Check out My Sister Suprema, it's a decent book.
As a Dynasty/Samurai Warriors fan since the PS2, I completely forgot this was an option.
Great catch. Now that's funny.
Musou is a great example of showing that, yes, they do know how it went in real history and the Romance of the Three Kingdoms (and show such in the in-game bios), but they do things this way anyway because it makes for a more interesting GAME.
And I'm perfectly fine with that, since among other things, it lets certain characters interact who, in reality, died about a century apart.
You think we are doomed.
We are not.
See you in two years.
I forgot about that, you're right.
Wow, I thought that was just Aqua in Konosuba, and I chalked that up to her being a goddess.
Now that I think about it, I haven't seen much vomit in anime at all...maybe if I actually sat down to watch some Berserk.
Though you say they don't like bodily fluids being portrayed, yet I've certainly seen my fair share of BLOOD in anime.
Won't work.
I know this guy in real life. He's already bisexual.
Good lord. It was an okay movie, but certainly not an all-time great.
It did give me one of my favorite lines ever, though:
"I am not the king of the world. I am the king of Wakanda."
It said it was making changes "for the current era," and that was obviously a red flag.
I have never played a Baten Kaitos game before. So I guess there's always emulation.
As for the voiceovers? Yeah, I buy it. No matter how good the actors are, if the director doesn't give a shit, there will be bad performances.
And when the actors suck too? There was a PS2 game called Chaos Wars that had an English dub that has to be heard to be believed...
but the man let her win that match
Bobby Riggs was also, y'know, twice her age
Remember.
The least tolerant faction always wins.
The least tolerant faction always wins.
The least tolerant faction always wins.
Why did Pinochet ever surrender power?
Holy shit, he's CM Punk
There is a mountain of evidence
Like?
"It's commonly known."
Good lord. Anything to win.
"There are no bad tactics, only bad targets."
