I'll always encourage archiving, but posting the link is the bare minimum. screenshot posters get the rope

you must have been using a shitty archive site, or the website compatibility was low.

if you can't archive, at least post the link

California is like this too, believe it or not. pretty much all small towns and rural areas are heavily Trump.

Gender: Man

how transphobic!

that aside, it's nice to see such varied customization for the orc race. I can't wait to see how it looks for all the other races! /s

I've been through the academia bullshit am friends with several people who got phds. when it comes to academic research, the entire system is poisoned with professors who withhold grades until the results align with their thesis.

your data doesn't match my thesis from 20 years ago, I won't let you graduate until you run it again and it aligns with my brilliance!

it's not just left wing bias. academia is rotten to the core with circle jerking.

troons have all the institutional power, especially in Canada. he could probably shoot the guy on live TV and get away with it.

bingo. expect the very goods you buy to be suspect when they are willing to sabotage civilian products.

militarily speaking this tactic was ingenious. they injured many enemy combatants while simultaneously hamstring their communications. they have an excellent window to invade right now, I'd be surprised if they aren't exploiting it.

ethically speaking, there was way too much collateral damage, and the people killed were not combatants but merely dudes to chilling in plain clothes. also their children.

notice how they hardly attack anything he did while in office. the only thing they mention about his presidency is j6. Everything else is character assassinations and shit flinging.

it's almost as if they don't want to call attention to the fact that the country was stable, prosperous, and relatively peaceful on the world stage during his leadership.

this will probably be unpopular, but I do think regulation is necessary at a base level.

in theory, regulation ensures a base level of quality for products sold on the market. For instance, the FDA ensures that the food you buy at the supermarket won't kill you or make you sick (at least, not immediately), and insures the tools are available to identify allergens for customers. building codes ensure that any house on the real estate market will at least be structurally sound.

Other regulations like speed limits ensure a baseline for public behavior, and give a metric for cops to be able to arrest people who are putting others in danger.

While we do have a ton of over regulation right now (looking at you CAFE standards!), the bigger problem is corruption within the regulating authorities. we saw with covid that there is a revolving door between big pharma executives and the FDA. with that kind of power, the pharmaceutical companies can get the regulating authorities to give them sweetheart deals, while creating regulations that destroy their competition. I'm willing to bet this issue is not unique to the pharma industry, not by a long shot.

there needs to be a mechanism within our government to eliminate conflict of interest between regulating authorities and the institution they are supposed to be regulating. if that mechanism already exists, it needs to be enforced.

in theory, they do create a ticket to ride where the funds go to maintenance of said roads.

In practice it's just another tax that gets dumped into the black hole that is government budget.

the laziness is off the charts. The Office's format is probably one of the easiest to do with an original cast and characters. Parks and rec copied them and were wildly successful (and also just better).

they are recycling character names from characters that were essentially invented by the actors' improv, then DEI swapping those characters.

lazy.

I'm under no illusion that any side actually cares about civilians in the pointless endless war that is the holy land. that's why I hold the firm opinion that we should just fuck off. stop injecting weapons into either side, stop funding either side, let them kill each other.

again, I have my doubts that these attacks are only hitting Hezbollah. Israel doesn't care about killing civilians.
