You should see the apartment complexes with only one ethnicity in it. There are restaurants and services offered on the first floor, and everyone lives above it or behind the stores. They are illegal and the owner is from their ethnicity so he uses their status to get them to do slave work. It's been going on for ages. I mean, you read stories about it in immigrant groups arriving in the Americas before the USA even existed.
Some of these ethnic apartment complexes are insane. I remember one in northeastern phoenix valley in a place called the Square. The people living in this comex were all swedish and the biggest dicks I ever met in my life. I had some stuff go missing and found it at the swedes apartment. When I asked why they stole it, they through it back in my face that I wasn't swedish and therefore not good enough. Then they blamed me for being robbed. I guess they pissed someone off because that complex is now Somalis. To this day when a swede I know gets cocky, I remember that.
Yes and no. I have never been in a place where I heard black people speak Spanish. Here, they might be both. It was a real shock to see it happen since all the black neighborhoods and Hispanic neighborhoods would be next to each other and not have anything to do with each other. Florida breached that divide, and it blows my mind.
