It was, you mean. She did show up at SNL. The sketch was as cringeworthy, unappealing and unfunny as you can imagine.

It seems that the SNL team did break the law.

True. A continent is just a big island, when you think about it.

What about the remaining 10%? That still only adds up to 90%.

No, what I said was tradition. To earn the right to vote, you needed to be a landowner. Being one implied that you had skin in the game, that the continued prosperity of the country was beneficial to you. Unmarried women, and recently-arrived wealthy immigrants, could fulfil those requirements.

And yet some McDonalds still came out saying that yes, they do keep records that old.

But whether they do or not, is beside the point about whether Kamala's claims are true, and doesn't excuse the total lack of corroborating facts she could have provided if they were. Facts such as a franchise location, the years of employment, or the names of other employees working there at the time. All of these could prove her statements. If they were true, it is strange that she has still not provided them, now that the story has blown up as much as it has.

-Fender- 5 points ago +5 / -0

Is that a non sequitur? I see no logical pattern whatsoever between what I wrote and your response.

8
-Fender- 8 points ago +8 / -0

You would have to specify which one first. As far as I am aware, Kamala herself never did. Likely because that would invite investigation into something that never happened.

Had she mentioned the job even once previously in her career before her run for Congress, had she mentioned the location of the establishment, and had she mentioned the names of other people who worked there with her, the claim would have been more believable. But as it currently stands, it's just another strange random lie, much like Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden were very prone to do.

That was the diplomatic way they put it, yes. But many people who worked at McDonalds confirmed that their franchise did keep records that old, or even older.

Unfortunately that still means buying the game, and being counted in the game's activity in the Steam metrics. Even if the game was entirely fixed and made playable by hardworking and dedicated modders, it would come at the cost of giving the impression that this woke crap has a market.

The First Amendment only applies to government.

You have it literally backwards. The First Amendment makes free speech an unalienable right. The duty of the government is to ensure that it is maintained at all times. This is a right that is far above and beyond enforcing respect towards others' religion or race.

Not every report need be taken seriously, though. The vast majority of people here would clearly much rather have more leeway in what they are allowed to say. The only real times that I saw calls for banning or moderation were against clear trolls or paedophiles.

-Fender- 14 points ago +15 / -1

No one reported it because no one believes that it's something worth reporting.

Same thing for u/ger111's comment. There was probably only one single faggot who reported it, likely because he believes that all criticism of jews is antisemitism, which is the one single opinion that no one is allowed to have, or some other similarly retarded belief. The parent comment should remain visible, and the response should also have remained visible. It's free speech, the most important Right that everyone should have.

If she would have answered the damn question, instead of giving her usual word-salad non-answer, then maybe Bret wouldn't have needed to try to bring her back on topic so many times.

In the one at the bottom, it looks like a large crowd, and I only saw 4. In the second to last, there does seem to be a larger proportion, towards the front of the visible queue, but they could easily be belonging to as little as two or three different households. I also wouldn't be surprised if they were basically the only ones there, and the "journalists" were the ones who went out of their way to take pictures of them. After all, in both cases, they were very much featured in the foreground, which doesn't seem like a coincidence.

I'd have to see it myself to tell, but natives in the far North have rather dark skin, so that might be what you saw. When I visited a village in northern Nunavut, there were very few white people there, but also no black people, as far as I can remember.

If all the new immigrants were sent to colonize empty areas of the Northern Canadian tundra rather than overpopulate the cities around the US border, I don't think people would mind them as much. There would definitely be the issue of language and culture, since they would have far less incentive to integrate in society if they have their own enclaves, but at least they would help the country prosper, instead of being parasites.

Defend the border. Create incentives for manufacturing to be brought back to North America using tariffs, reducing the market domination of China. Encourage North American oil production and trade, reducing our dependency on the Middle East. Force Europe to pay their fair share in NATO and the UN, so that the US is no longer forced to bankroll the defence for an entire foreign continent. Support the First and Second Amendments.

Need I go on? I'm only scraping the surface, here.

He seemed to hate playing 007, at the same time as he was refusing to relinquish the role. I'm half convinced that he's the one who requested for the character to be killed.

A man wilfully turned himself into an abomination, poorly attempting to turn himself into a facsimile of something he can never be through makeup, clothes, hormones and superficial surgeries, and is appalled when he is treated for what he is.

He is not a victim. He deserved the response he got, or worse.

They'd be extremely rare, too. Do you actually expect them to do any work? They'd just take vacations, and only show up in front of cameras when absolutely necessary, like Biden and Harris did for the last several years. They'd take the fame, they'd take the money, but they'd let the deep state do everything, like the current administration.

Look at Waltz's deer-in-headlight look at the 0:36 mark. It's abundantly clear to him, and everyone else, that Vance has done a lot more research, and come a lot more prepared, than he has.
