I had to post do to how funny it is. She is still a SJW and the movie will probably be trash but seeing the SJW eating their own is always a good thing.

This people are so ridiculous. Egyptians were not Arab or Black for that matter. Having a desert as a natural barrier was surprisingly efficient for a long time.
Arabs are in fact the colonizers. Can you imagine the level of thinking they have to say that the jews (who were slaves) colonized Egypt from Arabs 700 years before Arab invasion of Egypt?
On top of all of that, Cleopatra was not even Egyptian but Macedonian, who are considered white along side Greeks and Easter Europeans.

Another point is that they only seem to care about having authenticity when you cast white actors. In this case they are completely wrong with the authenticity. They were not complaining about Black Achile or a black northern god or a black Valkyrie, black people in Elsa, black queen of England but if you cast an actor that is a shade whiter then they should be then they suddenly want authenticity.
Of course, it's not actually about historical authenticity. They only care about increasing the number of roles going to non-whites.

Holy shit, there was literally no new genetic stock introduced for five generations. You have 32 great-great-grandparents. She had TWO. And one of those great-great-grandparents was himself the product of a brother and sister.
(Well, technically more than two since there was so much niece-uncle pairing that the generational count gets muddled so her great-great-grandparents along one chain are her great-great-great-great-grandparents along another, but I think that's splitting hairs since all the other great-great-grandparents are also part of the knot below those two progenitors. EDIT: I suspect this is exactly why animal breeders (where inbreeding for traits can be common) that I've seen use a different chart that just branches off 2 ways each generation no matter what and lets you figure out how many different critters are involved. This "tree" is so much spaghetti.

IiRC, Gal Gadot was one of the few actors who didn't parrot sjw stuff hook line and sinker. There was a clip after justice league came out where the guy who played the flash tried to get her to say something about the cis hetero patriarchy, and she visibly cringes before altering the line.
