I'm not an expert but I understand that under UK law you can do "positive" discrimination. The details are fuzzy but I was searching discrimination laws and I was on a UK VPN and I was shocked to see that it is legal there as long as it is anti-white.
Second they did not say black only, they are saying it is opened for blacks. It clearly means they are going to allow only blacks, it even says they are not required to have any experiences with games or writing, but they will defend it as it is opened for all.
This tactic I've seen everywhere, they make an event or opportunity of some kind and name it for people of color or for women or non-binary and then they put somewhere that is opened for everyone to cover their arses.

When you filter out the majority of the talent-pool you'll end up with subpar-employees even if only the best of the rest applies and they most certainly won't because the best of the rest has better prospects elsewhere.
Mine does that but with women, we had a couple of girls that used to do finance, I'm in IT administration/support/implementations stuff like that, neither of them could make it and left in less then a year, cause customers do not care what gender you are, they want quality service and get really angry when they spend hundreds of thousands of dollars and get 2 chicks who know nothing working on their projects..
Of course not! Under U.S. EEO law, you can't discriminate on the basis of skin color and the like. I mean, not unless you have a carefully thought-out plan on how to do so!
