I feel like a movie with as much focus and cinematography on children acting sexual as Cuties is far above "big titty anime girl" on the justified pedo claim.
Even if the stated intention behind Cuties was legit, that's still 700 girls that got sexualized in the audition and those picked got extremely exposed to it and victimized by being made to act that way for the movie itself.
