Every Catholic I know votes blue. Easily the most commonly leftist denomination from what I can tell. The pope is pretty much an SJW so I have issue with someone just flatly saying the Catholic church is "on the right."

That being said, I agree with what youre saying that people scrambling to label anything and everything pedophilia without any nuance whatsoever is starting to get very annoying (not necessarily saying this movie is an example of people wrongly doing this though). Legit there are people who would want me executed for not finding a slightly suggestive drawing or something of an underage anime character anything other than reprehensible. People are starting to get very cult-like in their fervor about it and it really is starting to resemble SJWs calling people Nazis. Even if there is way more actual pedophilia that needs to be cracked down on than there are actual Nazis in the world.
