Too many biological parents are reluctant to actually parent their children and use state-run schools as a daycare system.
Which is a fun consequences of letting women into the work force.
Now everything cost double because the assumption is you have two incomes instead of one, so even if you wanted to have a stay home mom to raise the kid you cannot afford it without her needing to work too. And she can't take Billy with her, and paying a babysitter will cost most of her paycheck hour by hour anyway.
If your wife goes to work so you can pay the babysitter.... Just have her quit and raise the kids??

Even without all that fluff, you still have lots of bills to pay that an average middle class income cannot support on its own. You can do it, but it'll be far from comfortable and tight enough that even small emergencies unravel your entire plan. America is famous for that happening medically, but life is full of fun random events like that.
Remember the average middle class person makes 40k-50k~ish a year. After taxes, and then rent/car/insurance as necessities, you aren't left with huge amounts to pay for everything else you need.
You're so right about it being possible but really difficult.
I personally did it complete with million dollar hospital bills and at times it was almost impossible. This was a decade ago, I would wager it's even harder today.
I wish we would encourage / incentivize mom's that wanted to stay at home instead of divorce.
Its harder by the year because lots of basic baby stuff just keeps getting more expensive, and CPS will make your life hell for not pampering the kid in some jurisdictions. Its just a whole lot of stuff costing just a bit too much adding up over time. When I worked grocery stores some time ago, formula was the #1 theft item by a significant margin because holy shit that stuff is expensive.
On a moral/emotional level I don't think anyone should have kids unless they can afford to have a stay at home mom to raise them, but realistically that would just end with nobody but the upper end having children.
I'm aware, as I don't have any myself and on a middle class income I have more disposable income than anything. Children are very much a massive money sink.

I'm hearing mixed things. But, yeah, I agree. I agree. I was homeschooled and just graduated law school. So, it baffles me how I see these news reports about homeschooling during this plannedemic resulting in worse grades. If true, the parents must be doing it wrong, because before now us homeschoolers were well known to overachieve.
The only good news about the education system being pulled back that I've seen was last night on Tucker where he said colleges are down on enrollment and are now offering steep discounts in tuition.

Transgenderism and homosexuality in their modern form can be most accurately described as a social virus. A form of degenerative propaganda that is being forced from positions of authority to nurture a false sense of self-worth within individuals, while at the same time providing for the creation and maintenance of social groups at all levels of society to adopt new members into this forced idealism.
That we not only publicly "accept" but go so far as to promote homosexuality, transgenderism, feminism, etc, is the reason why these movements are growing. Broken kids are being fed to the Grindr and convinced that their only hope of happiness is either sucking a dick or cutting off their own dick.
Lately, it's gotten even worse. Now you have that same propaganda mechanism targeting whites specifically to force a sense of racial shame. It's quite dastardly how quickly people in these fake friend groups are to pick up new marching orders. Just like a cult they're rabidly desperate to prove themselves in order to achieve some vague semblance of safety within the group, even though they know none of the relationships are "real."
It's kinda pathetic, but more just really sad.
And once they transition the chances they commit suicide are around 40%.

The suicide often happens directly after being rejected by the group (AKA the death cult) for one reason or another.
That's the secret, some dude that just isn't a manly man will know that seeking to be more manly is toxic, so he goes the Other Way to being female the moment he finds out it is an option. "I bought my first women's clothes, and they're not that good but i feel i am on my way to being who i should be, " They'll say. Then the In-Group will be those that have power within the Transition group. They'll pull them in more and more. "Oh, cross dress in public, perform surgery, do more and more" the ringleaders will say. If anyone tries to intervene and stop the transition there will be a harsh reaction as the cult slowly cuts off all outside ties that don't assist in the transition.
But eventually they'll find that a large chance of them have no chance at transitioning and many aspects of life they used to have as potential futures (family, romance) are now gone. With only the group left, the subject becomes more desperate to transition with smaller and smaller milestones.
The Group will become bored. The subject won't be posting how quickly and amazingly their breasts are growing or how much their beard is filling in. A confrontation will be forced as the subject tries harder and harder to prove to their allies the transition is still ongoing.

Call me crazy all you want - but I do think we need gender studies, both male and female. I also think we need to keep it from going off into lunacy crazy SJW land. Or, barring that, something that slaps parents in the head and tells them they have a role to play in their children's lives so when they're driving off a cliff, mom and dad don't help them by telling them it's the right thing to do. Transgender people do exist - and they're exceedingly rare. If you find nine of them together in a high school in one grade, you either need to go buy a lottery ticket or go get some good psychologists involved.
