Why wouldn't the non sinner go to Heaven? The problem is that all men sin, there is nobody free of sin except Christ. Believing in Jesus is acknowledging this and accepting his gift, which was his sacrifice on the cross for our sins so that we may enter the kingdom of heaven.

My biblical understanding is that you're saved by faith and not works, which is why the non-sinner doesn't go to heaven. You can be a "good person" your entire life, but even if you pray and attend church, if you don't truly have belief and faith in Jesus, you don't go to heaven. Meanwhile, someone can live a life of horrible sin similar to what's mentioned in the video, but if that person finds faith and seeks forgiveness on their deathbed, they get to go to heaven.
This was always my issue with Christianity, and why it doesn't look very different from a number of other religions from an outside perspective. If you don't actually believe in Jesus, nothing you do will save you. You can live an identical life to a community leader in your church, but if he believes and you don't, that's all that matters when it comes to salvation.
